Plowman Craven is looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to support the continued growth of our Smart Monitoring team. We deliver specialist monitoring solutions that support infrastructure, construction and complex built environment projects across the UK. This role combines technical understanding with commercial drive, helping clients identify the right monitoring solutions while developing new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building relationships with new and existing monitoring clients
  • Managing inbound enquiries while developing new business opportunities
  • Preparing proposals, quotes and technical sales responses
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across services
  • Managing opportunities and pipeline through the CRM system
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
  • Supporting the smooth transition from sales to project delivery

You’ll have:

  • Experience selling monitoring, surveying or technical services
  • Strong client relationship and consultative sales skills
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines
  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or geospatial sectors
  • Ability to identify opportunities to grow client accounts
