Our Smart Monitoring division provides structural and environmental monitoring services across the built environment and infrastructure sectors, using both manual and automated technologies to deliver clarity, confidence, and control.
We're looking for a commercially driven Environmental Monitoring Sales Executive to play a key role in expanding our environmental monitoring capability within Smart Monitoring. Covering services across noise, vibration, dust, air quality, and wider environmental solutions, this is a growth area with significant potential.
Youâll take ownership of developing new business, nurturing relationships, and building a strong market presence, all while working closely with our wider Business Development team to identify and maximize crossâselling opportunities. Joining at an exciting stage of expansion, youâll help shape how this service evolves, backed by the stability and support of one of the UKâs most respected geospatial businesses.
What Youâll Do- Identify and convert new business opportunities for environmental monitoring services.
- Engage with contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients to grow our customer base.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal to contract award.
- Reâengage existing and dormant clients to introduce our enhanced environmental capabilities.
- Represent Plowman Craven at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track pipeline performance, report on progress, and share market insights with senior leadership.
- Proven track record in sales or business development within environmental monitoring or related instrumentation sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tangible results.
- Excellent relationship builder and communicator, comfortable engaging at all levels.
