Bid Manager in London

We’re now looking for a Bid Manager to play a key role in how we secure and deliver major opportunities. This is a high impact role within our Business Development team. You’ll lead our approach to complex procurement opportunities, major tenders, and strategic frameworks, driving competitiveness and increasing win rates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the development and delivery of high-value bids and complex tenders
• Defining winning bid strategies aligned to client priorities
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to produce compelling submissions
• Identifying and positioning for upcoming frameworks and procurement routes
• Supporting early engagement and capture planning with Business Development
• Shaping pricing strategies and commercial positioning
• Managing bid risks across contractual, commercial, and delivery areas
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and frameworks
• Driving continuous improvement through post-bid reviews
• Developing and maintaining bid resources, templates, and case studies

About You

• Proven experience leading high value bids and complex tenders
• Strong understanding of procurement-led sales environments
• Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, property, or geospatial sectors
• Commercially astute, with experience in pricing and risk management
• Skilled at coordinating cross functional teams
• Strategic thinker with strong judgement and decision-making ability
• Highly organised with excellent project leadership skills
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and technical specialists
• Analytical mindset focused on improving performance and win rates
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
