The Opportunity
- Leading the delivery of Scan to BIM and digital modelling projects across built asset and infrastructure portfolios ensuring outputs are technically robust, compliant and commercially aligned.
- Working closely with the Head of Digital to strengthen workflows, improve quality assurance processes and embed smarter, more efficient digital standards across projects.
- This role blends technical leadership, client engagement and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading BIM delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, compliance and performance.
- Producing and managing key documentation including EIRs, BEPs, LOIN, MIDPs and TIDPs.
- Establishing and administering CDEs and information exchange workflows.
- Reviewing and approving model outputs for coordination and client issue.
- Supporting and mentoring internal teams and supply chain partners.
- Contributing to the development of standards, templates and digital strategy.
- Representing Plowman Craven in client and design team meetings.
- Identifying and implementing new technologies and workflow improvements.
About You
- Background in a survey, design, construction or AEC environment.
- Strong BIM and Information Management expertise.
- Proven experience delivering Scan to BIM and point cloud-based modelling.
- Confident across BIM platforms, interoperability workflows and coordination processes.
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and influencing project stakeholders.
