The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially driven Environmental Monitoring Sales Executive to play a key role in expanding our environmental monitoring capability within Smart Monitoring. Covering services across noise, vibration, dust, air quality, and wider environmental solutions, this is a growth area with significant potential. You’ll take ownership of developing new business, nurturing relationships, and building a strong market presence, all while working closely with our wider Business Development team to identify and maximize cross‑selling opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Identify and convert new business opportunities for environmental monitoring services.
- Engage with contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients to grow our customer base.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal to contract award.
- Re‑engage existing and dormant clients to introduce our enhanced environmental capabilities.
- Represent Plowman Craven at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track pipeline performance, report on progress, and share market insights with senior leadership.
