About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing infrastructure and help drive measurable business growth.

Working closely with the marketing team, you'll manage our paid media, CRM, marketing automation, website performance and analytics, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, leads are captured accurately, and marketing performance is clearly connected to commercial outcome.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, optimising performance and using data to make smarter marketing decisions.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager and other relevant digital channels.
  • Build, optimise and report on digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and lead generation performance.
  • Manage marketing automation, email nurture campaigns and CRM integrations to improve lead management and customer journeys.
  • Ensure all marketing leads are accurately captured, tracked and attributed through CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Create and maintain landing pages, campaign tracking, UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
  • Produce clear, commercially focused reports and dashboards demonstrating campaign performance, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
  • Work with external web agencies to manage the technical performance and ongoing development of the company website.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched successfully and supported by robust digital processes.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years' experience in a hands‑on B2B digital marketing role.
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads across Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Experience using Linked In Campaign Manager and other paid social platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Spotler, Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot or similar.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and integrating marketing activity with lead management processes.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM management, analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Experience working with Word Press websites and landing page management.
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills and a passion for improving marketing performance through data.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to build and improve marketing processes from the ground up.
