  • Manage marketing automation, email nurture campaigns and CRM integrations to improve lead management and customer journeys.
  • Ensure all marketing leads are accurately captured, tracked and attributed through CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Create and maintain landing pages, campaign tracking, UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
  • Produce clear, commercially focused reports and dashboards demonstrating campaign performance, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
  • Work with external web agencies to manage the technical performance and ongoing development of the company website.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched successfully and supported by robust digital processes.

What We're Looking For

  • At least five years' experience in a hands-on B2B digital marketing role.

  • Experience using Linked In Campaign Manager and other paid social platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Spotler, Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot or similar.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and integrating marketing activity with lead management processes.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM management, analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Experience working with Word Press websites and landing page management.
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills and a passion for improving marketing performance through data.
  • A proactive, solutions focused approach with the confidence to build and improve marketing processes from the ground up.
