We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Construction division for a 12 months maternity cover, leading the successful delivery of geospatial survey services across built asset and infrastructure projects. This is a pivotal role where you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of geospatial and digital survey projects
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards
  • Oversee commercial performance, forecasting and cost control
  • Provide technical leadership across topographic surveys, laser scanning, mobile mapping and monitoring systems
  • Drive quality, compliance (including PAS 128, RICS and CDM), and continuous improvement

We are seeking a commercially aware, technically strong project leader with experience across infrastructure or built asset environments (rail, highways, utilities, buildings or industrial sites). Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and a strong understanding of survey methodologies are essential.
