Here's What You'll Do In The Role
- You will own the full lifecycle of monitoring projects, ensuring they are resourced correctly, delivered on time, commercially successful, and communicated clearly to clients and internal teams.
- You will collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, technical specialists, and senior leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, precisely and with exceptional client satisfaction.
The Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage project plans that clearly define scope, objectives, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead project briefings to ensure teams understand requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate project documentation, access arrangements, reporting and technical output.
- Maintain strong client communication and provide clear progress updates.
- Monitor financial performance and identify efficiencies and revenueâenhancing opportunities.
- Oversee data, file management, QA, health and safety and compliance processes.
- Support the design of survey and monitoring systems for both automated and manual deployments.
- Present technical concepts to clients and provide support on complex monitoring challenges.
- Assist with quotations, programming, and business development initiatives for the monitoring sector.
- Play an active role in expanding the Smart Monitoring division and strengthening its market position.
What You Bring To The Table
- 5 years or more postâgraduation experience in surveying or engineering.
- Strong understanding of monitoring or surveying systems and construction environments.
- Confident in reviewing technical specifications and explaining them clearly to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations and navigate challenges calmly.
- Capable of leading project teams, coordinating resources and managing budgets.
- Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional weekend work if required.
- CSCS card.
