We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you’ll create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling experiences across web and mobile platforms (including iOS). You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and SMEs to turn ideas into high-quality design solutions—from wireframes to polished prototypes.
What you will do:
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with Product and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to inform design decisions
- Contribute to design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Create and maintain user personas, journeys, and design documentation
- Support and evolve our design systems across platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in UX/UI design (or similar role)
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies and UI design principles
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
- Ability to travel throughout N America as needed for tradeshows and in person meetings with prospects
Desirable Experience: Its not a deal breaker, but ideally you will have:
- Experience with design systems and UI kits
- Exposure to AI-powered design tools
- Familiarity with JavaScript / front-end development
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of iOS design guidelines
