This is a high-growth fintech lender providing fast, flexible capital to SMEs across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. The UK business is an important part of its international expansion, with an established local team and clear growth momentum.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the UK and Europe marketing agenda end to end, turning global strategy into regional plans and hands-on execution.
  • Plan, localise, and deliver multi-channel campaigns across acquisition, retention, and partnerships.
  • Build partner-facing marketing programs and content for brokers, advisers, and referral networks.
  • Grow external market presence through content, award nominations, reviews, and broader brand communications.
  • Work with specialist teams on website, SEO, conversion, and digital growth initiatives, while managing agencies, budgets, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead regional product and market launches and act as the in-region marketing lead day to day – this is a solo regional role, not one with a large local team underneath you.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ll probably be a hands-on B2B marketer who likes real ownership and is comfortable switching between planning and doing.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with the seniority to own a region largely solo while staying close to the work.
  • Broad full-funnel B2B marketing experience across brand, content, campaigns, digital, and partnerships.
  • Strong multi-channel campaign management skills.
  • Strong content and thought-leadership capability, with fluent English writing and communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder and agency management experience.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B services.
  • Familiarity with broker, adviser, referral, or SME customer ecosystems.
  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment, especially in a lean or region-of-one setup.
  • Working fluency in SEO, website, and performance marketing, even if you haven’t been the channel specialist.
  • German or French language skills.

What’s in it for you:

  • Real ownership of the UK and Europe marketing remit, rather than a narrow channel brief.
  • A broad scope across campaigns, brand, partnerships, launches, and external profile-building.
  • A visible role in a growing UK business that sits within a wider international expansion story.

About the Company:

A fast-growing international fintech company providing flexible funding solutions to support SME growth. Originally launched in Australia, the business has expanded across APAC and Europe, building a high-performing, people-first team. The company has funded over $1.5B in loans and continues to scale rapidly, with strong recognition for its culture, diversity, and customer experience.
