Plexus is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Director to join our talented team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new revenue streams within the European Industrial sector, driving significant growth for Plexus.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Hunt and Conquer: Identify and pursue high-value target accounts, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strategic selling expertise to build compelling value propositions.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, from C-suite executives to engineers, fostering long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Lead with Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative EMS solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within our target sectors.
  • Drive Market Growth: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities within the European EMS market.
  • Represent Plexus with Distinction: Act as a true ambassador for Plexus, showcasing our expertise in electronics manufacturing and our commitment to customer success.
