Purpose Statement:

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Drive QA KPIs at their respective assigned functions
  • Manage team performance and development plan; a buddy or assist in training new Team Lead; in pipeline to succeed QA manager or as emergency fill
  • Work cohesively with other CFT leads/SLT/regional team to drive zero defects & customer focus CI
  • Typically is responsible for multiple accounts or products
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
  • Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder with minimum 15 years relevant working experience; or a degree holder (fresh graduate) with minimum 5 years relevant working experience
