Purpose Statement: Dynamic and self‑driven technology value stream leader serving as the principal investigator to spearhead groundbreaking transformations in Plexus’ operational processes. This role involves integrating site operations and customer needs with industry and academic advancements to drive cost, schedule and quality transformational improvements.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Visionary Leadership and Strategic Transformation: Craft a compelling vision of the future, rallying stakeholder enthusiasm to transform operational processes by blending site‑specific insights, customer feedback, and pioneering advancements. Engage global, regional leaders and all levels of the organization in a shared vision that encapsulates not only the strategic direction but also the cultural shifts necessary to embrace new ways of working. Lead large‑scale change initiatives with a clear roadmap, adjusting strategies as necessary to respond to dynamic operational needs.
- Pioneering Innovation and Technology Life Cycle Management: Ignite and guide scalable technology deployments with a spirit of curiosity, overseeing the entire lifecycle from ideation through deployment and thoughtful retirement. Stay ahead of the curve to continuously fuel innovation by fostering partnerships with disruptive technologies, universities, and industry leaders. Education/Experience Qualifications: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
