Plexus are working with a strongly positioned, SEC regulated crypto hedge fund based in the USA. Their main hubs are in New York, San Diego and Singapore, with a London expansion slated for 2025. Their total AUM is 9-figures and is looking to grow exponentially.
We are looking for a Python Developer to join their growing team. This role is remote-first, but for candidates based in London, with plans to open a London office by the end of 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and build trading systems, tooling and infrastructure in Python
- Work with high-tech trading systems, high-performance order management systems, back testing and algorithmic trading strategies
- Work cross-functionally within the wider engineering team (global, remote) as well as working towards scaling the London function
Requirements:
- 2-3 years professional experience with Python, post-graduate level, within a start-up or trading firm
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency CeFi, Trading and Financial markets, the strategies that operate within them and relevant tooling practices
- Passionate, flexible and high-growth mindset – someone keen to join a small team and help them grow into an industry-leading fund
