Plexus are working with a London-based Trading Operation on the Solana blockchain, currently scaling after raising $8m USD in seed funding. They are looking for a Marketing Lead to join their growing team and scale all marketing efforts 0-1.
Responsibilities
- Scale marketing 0-1, encompassing Brand, Socials and Campaign marketing
- Lead GTM strategy for upcoming TGE (scheduled for 2026)
- Grow and develop marketing function from scratch, onboarding relevant external vendors, agencies or hiring in-house
Requirements
- Must be from a DeFi marketing background (DeFi Protocol, Trading, L1 or L2)
- Experience scaling marketing functions 0-1 for early stage teams and brands
- Experienced developing GTM campaigns, social media marketing + content writing/development
