Plexus are calling all Grads to join our rapidly growing team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants!
What can YOU expect to earn:
- 1st Year OTE £35-45k
- 2nd Year OTE £50k+
- 3rd Year OTE £80-100k

Our 6-week training bootcamp will get you up to speed and allow you to build a strong foundation into both recruitment and the crypto and blockchain space. Our multiple learning styles include: crypto club sessions to learn about the web3 space, shadowing seniors and getting on the phones within your first week!

The role:
Recruitment is a very entrepreneurial job, it involves matching a person looking for a job (candidate) with a company looking for new talent (the client) and managing the whole process. Joining our 360 team will ensure that you have the opportunity to work the full recruitment cycle - generate leads, develop relationships and win new business for yourself and Plexus. Your promotions, commission and billings are all based off your own hard work - it’s entirely meritocratic. On top of a competitive base salary, all of our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission!
