Compensation: No thresholds on commission - you will earn on everything you bill. Up to a 40% commission bracket.
The role: Manage the full 360 sales cycle, from Business development to closing deals. Finding Clients: market research, lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, relationship building and understanding key needs. Finding candidates: advert posting, headhunting, interviewing, process management. Develop an expert knowledge of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space. Fast track to management and senior leadership.
