Plexus is hiring on behalf of a stealth Ethereum infra team that just raised $10M+ and is partnering with a leading MEV research provider. They are building a next‑gen block builder designed for high performance, decentralization, and MEV‑aware coordination. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help launch and scale this core infrastructure from the ground up. You will work alongside experienced Ethereum protocol engineers and contribute directly to how blocks are built and proposed in the MEV pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build backend systems powering a performant Ethereum block builder
- Integrate with validator clients and mev‑boost relays
- Optimize for latency, throughput, and decentralization
- Collaborate closely with top MEV researchers and Ethereum core contributors
