Responsibilities
- Hunt and Conquer: Identify and pursue high-value target accounts, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strategic selling expertise to build compelling value propositions.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, from C-suite executives to engineers, fostering long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Lead with Innovation: Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative EMS solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within our target sectors.
- Drive Market Growth: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities within the European EMS market.
- Represent Plexus with Distinction: Act as a true ambassador for Plexus, showcasing our expertise in electronics manufacturing and our commitment to customer success.
Qualifications
- Proven track record: Successful business development experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry in Europe.
- Deep industry knowledge: A strong understanding of EMS processes, technologies, and market dynamics, specifically within the Industrial sector.
