The Role: Join our team as a Manufacturing Test Engineer at our Livingston/Bathgate site and take responsibility for the technical direction and successful validation of critical test and inspection equipment. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting electronic product testing solutions for high‑stakes sectors, including Aerospace/Defence, Medical, and Industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and Training: Develop and deliver training on Assembly Build Instructions, ensuring adherence to global SOPs and work instructions.
- Project Leadership: Lead the technical introduction of new customers and products into the testing process.
- Quality Management: Implement ECOs for testing and contribute to APQP, including FMEA and Control Plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve test acceptance and yield processes, perform failure analysis, and implement yield improvements on PCBAs and end products.
