Role Purpose
Acts as a Finance Business Partner providing financial leadership at our UK sites. This role is responsible for driving financial performance improvement through sales and margin forecasting, customer profitability analysis, and financial risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering: Facilitate discussions with the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and General Manager; provide data-driven recommendations and articulate the financial "story" behind results.
- Margin: Proactively manage cost recovery and challenge customer teams to mitigate financial risks. Forecasting experience with integrated financial systems (ERP) is strongly preferred.
