Key Job Accountabilities:
- Drive QA KPIs at their respective assigned functions
- Manage team performance and development plan; a buddy or assist in training new Team Lead; in pipeline to succeed QA manager or as emergency fill
- Work cohesively with other CFT leads/SLT/regional team to drive zero defects or a degree holder (fresh graduate) with minimum 5 years relevant working experience
