The Role
We are seeking a commercially‑minded Systems Engineer with an Aerospace & Defense background to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will navigate the full systems engineering life cycle, bridging the gap between technical complexity and business objectives across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Develop and maintain high‑level architectures, requirements, and MBSE models. Lead design trade studies and performance modelling for complex systems.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical interface for customers. Own the technical decision‑making process. Build cross‑functional teams and lead technical programmes from concept to delivery.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with Business Development to capture new opportunities and cultivate "trusted advisor" relationships with key clients.
- Operational Integration: Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure seamless transitions from design to production.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in EE, ME, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience: 8+ years in Systems Engineering with a proven track record in electronic product development (Analog, Digital, or Software).
- Tooling: Proficiency in SysML, trade studies, and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
