Key Job Accountabilities:
- Drive QA KPIs at their respective assigned functions
- Manage team performance and development plan; a buddy or assist in training new Team Lead; in pipeline to succeed QA manager or as emergency fill
- Work cohesively with other CFT leads/SLT/regional team to drive zero defects & customer focus CI
- Typically is responsible for multiple accounts or products
- Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
- Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications
- Diploma holder with minimum 15 years relevant working experience; or a degree holder (fresh graduate) with minimum 5 years relevant working experience
