The Role
We\’re hiring a Financial Analyst IIto join our team in Kelso or Livingston. We\’re looking for a proactive finance professional with a passion for driving performance and a strong knack for analysis.
In this role, you\’ll be a key financial leader, providing actionable insights and guiding strategic decisions to improve financial performance at our manufacturing site.
What You\’ll Do:
- Analyze and Advise: You\’ll prepare and analyze financial reports, offering clear insights on performance and results. You\’ll partner with customer teams to manage financial outcomes, focusing on margin management and cost recovery.
- Forecast and Strategize: Lead the customer forecast process, preparing accurate monthly and weekly sales and margin forecasts. You\’ll use historical data and projections to set financial goals and challenge teams to seize opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Manage Contracts and Risks: Gain a deep understanding of customer contracts and pricing models to ensure they are properly implemented. You\’ll lead initiatives to recover costs and reduce financial risks.
- Ensure Accuracy: Participate in the month-end close process, collaborating with corporate accounting and site management to ensure all financial results are accurate and meet audit requirements.
What We\’re Looking For:
- An Associate\’s Degree is required; a Bachelor\’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience is a must.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Experience with financial systems is a strong plus.
