What You'll Do
- Be the face of Plexus! Champion our brand by ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Orchestrate seamless customer visits from start to finish, including menu planning, room setup, vendor coordination, logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Maximize our meeting spaces by managing reservations, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with teams to optimize usage.
- Handle day-of visit execution, coordinating with teams and vendors, tackling last-minute needs, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers through clear communication and collaboration.
What You'll Bring
