Purpose Statement: The candidate will be responsible for all job-related functions for the collection, creation, maintenance and control of customers' design data and associated documentation. Responsibilities also include integrity analysis, problem resolution, prioritising workload and collaborating with other functions for effective system loading.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Lead the analysis of customer documentation
  • Lead logging and distribution of customer data
  • Lead the loading, formatting and verification and distribution of Plexus BOMs
  • Manage Internal Engineering Change Notices
  • Manage the completeness of the customer documentation
  • Manage component and process problem notification processes
  • Lead resolution of discrepancies identified between customer and internal documentation
  • Lead conflict identification and resolution of non-technical issues

The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, work as a team but also have the ability to take self ownership within the role.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
