PLEXSYS UK is seeking an experienced White Force (WF) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the PLEXSYS 8 Sqn team based at RAF Lossiemouth. The WF SME is expected to be experienced in WF services delivery, current operational training delivery and have previous experience operating on either Air C2 or Combat Air platforms. Under the oversight of the PLEXSYS UK Training Services Manager, the WF SME is a multi-faceted role. In your role, you will be representing PLEXSYS, while interacting with both end users – delivering cutting edge training events and WF advice, and Project Managers – ensuring that training needs are met to the highest standard. You will be an innovative self-starter able to show initiative as a team player who can help develop concepts and solutions to meet our customers’ challenges. Your strong communication and leadership skills will allow you to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, technical and business stakeholders to deliver excellence.
Duties include ensuring training delivery aligns with PLEXSYS quality standards, customer requirements, and security protocols. You should have the ability to travel up to 30% of the time. A qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
