This is a newly created role to support the launch of the new Plexal proposition, the Growth Partnership. This role will onboard start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs into a 1-to-1 growth support programme where they will be embedded in a small number of high potential companies.

Plexal is driving a new category of intervention in support of the UK Government’s number one mission of economic growth.

What You'll Do

This role will be responsible for collaborating with the start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs to draft a growth strategy, agree on critical milestones, and support the execution of those milestones to ensure the success and growth of the organisation.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have had between 2- and 5-years’ experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment where they have outperformed their peer group. The successful Growth Partner will display selflessness, quality, attention to detail, passion to drive others' success, teamwork, an interest in technology, high levels of commercial acumen, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.

This role might require achieving SC clearance. Pre-existing SC welcome.

  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on skills and experience
