We are looking for an experienced Test Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with advanced test equipment, helping to develop and improve innovative testing solutions. If you are passionate about test development, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work with cutting‑edge technology, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain digital and mixed‑signal test solutions.
- Specify hardware required for testing such as probecards, interface boards etc.
- Develop and optimise test programs for complex devices using Teradyne Ultraflex.
- Perform test program, Test HW characterization over temperature (Ex. Shmoo analysis), GRR, Correlation, setup calibration and product qualification.
- Drive and perform the Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies which are necessary to transfer a test solution from an in‑house development site or from other development sites to a full manufacturing high volume setup.
- Define and release procedures for all aspects of test program development (e.g. test program release, test coding guidelines etc).
- Release and support test programs for production.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery test coverage and quality.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement test process improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Significant experience in test development within mixed‑signal environments, encompassing both analog and digital system validation.
- Strong programming skills (VBA, Python).
- Understanding of digital and analog test principles.
- Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with GRR and test program release processes including data analysis software (e.g. JMP, Examinator).
Advantage

- Knowledge of Teradyne IRIS100S systems.
