We are seeking a Manufacturing Logistics Operator to join the Operations team, reporting to the Planning & Logistics Manager, supporting the smooth flow of materials, wafers and production lots across the manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for coordinating logistics activities within the fab and clean room areas, ensuring priority changes, lot movements, consumables and offsite logistics are managed efficiently to maintain production continuity and operational performance. This position operates on a rotating 4-on, 4-off day shift pattern working 7am–7pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new lot starts for production.
  • Priority lot changes.
  • Coordinate all offsite lot logistics.
  • Accepting lots to Engstore and continuing back to the Fab.
  • Coordinating lots at FABFINISH stage.
  • Wafer logistics/movement across all clean rooms.
  • Booking out items from stores for the FAB (garments, shipping boxes).
  • Clean pod and box management.
  • Secure material disposal.
  • 2s audit process administration.
  • Clean rooms consumables/garments coordination.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  • Willing to work in a clean room environment and wear protective clothing and masks.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment, training will be given.
  • Previous experience in Semiconductor manufacturing.
