The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We are looking for Manufacturing Operators to join our operations team, reporting to the Manufacturing Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of a range of manufacturing processing equipment, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The shift pattern for this role will be on a rotating 4 days on, 4 days off comprising of 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of a range of manufacturing processing equipment.
  • Always adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality at all times.
  • Exercise good manufacturing practices and disciplines.
  • Always follow documented procedures.
  • Communicate effectively on the status of equipment and materials.
  • Always adhere to clean room disciplines.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Ability to undertake shift work (preferably with previous experience).
  • Willing to work in a clean room environment and wear protective clothing and masks.
  • Ability to adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
  • High level of accuracy, quality of work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new skills and work under pressure to achieve manufacturing Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player and able to demonstrate flexibility towards team goals.
  • IT skills.
