We are looking for an experienced Test Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with advanced test equipment, including Teradyne UltraFLEX and J750 systems, helping to develop and improve innovative testing solutions. If you are passionate about test development, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work with cutting-edge technology, we would love to hear from you.
- Implement and maintain digital and mixed-signal test solutions.
- Specify hardware required for testing such as probecards, interface boards etc.
- Drive and perform the Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies necessary to transfer a test solution from an in-house development site or from other development sites to a full manufacturing high volume setup.
- Define and release procedures for all aspects of test program development (e.g. test program release, test coding guidelines etc).
- Release and support test programs for production.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery, test coverage, and quality.
- Strong programming skills (IGXL, VBT, Python).
- Understanding of digital and analog test principles.
- Experience with GRR and test program release processes including data analysis software.
- Mixed-signal testing expertise.
- uLED and/or display panel testing expertise.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and test flows.
