Pleo is hiring a Staff Engineer to join the Design Systems team. This role will lead the engineering direction for Telescope, Pleo’s design system, across web and mobile, collaborating with product, design, and other engineering squads.
You’ll own architecture, contribute hands‑on coding, establish standards, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable UI components and tooling that power thousands of users across Europe.
