Pricing Analyst – Pleo
Join Pleo as a Pricing Analyst and help translate complex pricing strategies, product changes, and commercial experiments into clear, actionable data insights. You will be the go‑to pricing expert for senior stakeholders and part of driving the success and evolution of Pleo’s global subscription‑based product.
About the role
You will report to the Head of Pricing and work closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Data & Analytics teams.
What you will be doing
- Create insights around pricing changes on commercial and product KPIs.
- Support senior management decision‑making with pricing impact analyses.
- Design, implement, monitor and report on pilots of pricing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to assess pricing success.
- Analyse key discount variables, including promotions and retention efforts.
- Support the design and implementation of pricing architecture and bundling strategies.
- Build analysis and financial models for day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc pricing decisions.
- Create dashboards and visualisations to provide automated visibility of key KPIs.
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally pricing for a subscription‑based business.
- Ability to create financial models for complex pricing scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured approach to tasks.
- Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.) and experience with SQL and R.
- Experience designing and building dashboards in Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to present clear, compelling analyses to senior leadership.

- Act as analytics consultant for Pricing team and senior leadership.
- Promote a data‑inspired culture within the pricing team.
- Build and improve commercial BI, predictive analytics, and forecasting models.
- Lead projects, identify data source requirements, and mitigate error sources.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics group and provide feedback.
- Be recognised as the go‑to person for pricing analytics.
