We do this through smart payment cards for companies: use your card, snap a picture of the receipt, and you\’re done. No more out of pocket expenses – no more boring expense reports. Our beautiful app makes it easy and transparent for management and finance teams to see what\’s being spent in real time, while taking the load of handling company spending off the finance team. We have offices in Copenhagen, London, Stockholm, Berlin, Madrid and Lisbon – and you’d be working out of our amazing office in London. The main objective for this role is to build upon our already successful momentum in the UK/I, and more importantly: take it to the next level of growth. The must-haves Minimum of 3+ years of experience in new business SaaS sales, with demonstrable success from prospecting to close. Preferred experience of 1 year in people management, including hiring, coaching, and developing teams. Confidence and ability to provide coaching to reps at any stage of the sales process; from effective prospecting, tricky objection handling through to effective closing. A track record of delivering team performance vs a revenue target. Proven ability to leverage MEDDIC sales methodology throughout a sales process for success. You’re familiar with value-based selling, and/or similar frameworks in your sales processes. Knowledge of closing deals with Commercial clients (50-100 employees) in a similar space- you are confident to help guide reps to find the path to the right buyer. Confidence in communication and presentation, as you will become the face of Sales for Pleo in the UK and Ireland. Your colleagues say you Are an inspiring person. Always leading by example.
