We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join our Creative Studio and the wider marketing team at Pleo. In this role, you’ll help produce high-impact performance marketing ads from the concept phase to their execution: leading your innovative creative input to ensure ideas are true to our brand and logistically flawless, end to end. If you’re excited about being a key contributor to the Pleo growth, bringing in new quality leads that turn into customers and are passionate about best-in-class advertising, then this is the opportunity for you!
You’ll report to our Associate Director of Creative Studio and work closely with teams in Brand Foundations, PMM, PR & Comms. Our team of six is a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary creative unit (designers, copywriters, motion designers) which will always provide the support you need in your day to day role. You’ll also have the chance to be “in the room” with teams across Product, Sales and CX to bridge the gap between financial functionality and highly creative solutions.
As a Senior Creative Producer, you will:
- Lead and optimise the entire creative production lifecycle, from early planning to delivery, outlining production timeline within our project management workflow
- Leverage your creativity through ideation, brainstorming sessions and execution
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate production contracts and budgeting
- Manage pre-production tasks including location scouting, permits, casting, scheduling, and equipment needs
- Coordinate internal and external creators
- Supervise shootings production, providing art direction and keeping production in line with our brand
- Create and deliver polished ad creatives that also perform
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Excellent operational skills, balancing detail with speed
- A background of at least 6+ years in an agency producer or in-house senior creative producer role
- Confidence navigating vendors, contracts, budgets, and legal workflows
- A passion for storytelling and exceptional creative ideation skills
- Experience in working across pre-production, on-set production, and post — and you’re comfortable owning timelines and deliverables
- Oversee the testing and iteration of creative assets to optimise performance, working closely with strategists and paid media teams to understand what works and why
- Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite and Figma
- Clear understanding of video and motion post-production workflows, including practical tool application (e.g., editing, color correction, sound mixing, VFX)
This role is a good fit for you if:
- You have a passion for advertising and experimenting with different media/concepts
- Being a one member orchestra excites rather than scares you
- You love all parts of the creative process: concepting, storyboarding, pre-production, post production, formatting and localising
- You’re comfortable directing people and negotiating contracts
In your first three months at Pleo, you’ll:
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, Brand Foundation and the broader Creative Studio team to translate concepts into impactful ads that align with business objectives and uphold the Pleo brand
- Drive new processes and foster collaboration across teams by deeply engaging with our performance marketing strategy
- Develop your expertise in marketing, embracing new challenges as the company scales
We are dedicated to supporting your professional growth. This includes opportunities to take on larger-scale projects, transition into leadership roles and build new competencies.
Please note: We can hire on a remote, hybrid or in-person set-up in any of the locations listed on the advert but you will need to be physically based in the country of your choice with a valid right to work. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role in any of the listed locations.
Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!)
Lunch is on us for your work days - catered meals or a lunch allowance based on your local office
Comprehensive private healthcare - depending on your location, coverage options include Vitality, Alan or Médis
We offer 25 days of holiday + your public holidays
For our Team, we offer both hybrid and fully remote working options
Option to purchase 5 additional days of holiday through a salary sacrifice
We use MyndUp to give our employees access to free mental health and well-being support with great success
Paid parental leave - we want to make sure that we’re supportive of families and help you feel that you don’t have to compromise your family due to work
The interview process:
- Intro call: A 30-minute chat with our Talent Partner to discuss the role and your background
- Hiring Manager call: a 45-minute deep dive into your specific skillset and to measure if you’re the right fit for the role
- The challenge: an open-ended brief to get your hands on the type of work you will be doing if successful for the role
- Team call: a 45-minute panel to present your task and discuss with the team
- Final interview: a 30-minute call with the Director of Brand & Content Marketing who’ll walk you through the big picture and chat about how your role will figure into that
Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we’re looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success!
Last time we hired a Creative Producer, only a few were selected for an intro call. Some of the key reasons why previous candidates didn’t make it past the application screening stage include:
- CV writing and content: we receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI—it’s a big focus for us internally too—but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. A top tip from us is to use the “Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z” formula to give a really clear picture of what you’ve worked on.
- A final note: including links to your previous companies’ websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background!
- Application care: every single application we receive is reviewed by a human because we believe that candidates’ efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process.
- Profile to role fit: highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements.
Please submit your application in English; it’s our company language so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join.
We treat all candidates equally: If you are interested please apply through our application system - any correspondence should come from there! Our lovely support team isn’t able to pass on any calls/emails our way - and this makes sure that the candidate experience is smooth and fair to everyone.
We can only achieve our goals if our team reflects the diversity of the world around us - and that starts with you, hitting apply, even if you are worried you might not tick all the boxes. We embrace and encourage people from all backgrounds to apply - regardless of race/ethnicity, colour, religion, nationality, gender, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, neurodiversity, socio-economic status, culture or beliefs.
When you submit an application we process your personal data as a data processor. Find out more about how your data is used in the FAQs section at the bottom of our jobs page.
