PleoMessy is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Authentication and Authorisation team. You’ll own strategy, delivery and outcomes for the company’s IAM, working across SMB and Enterprise to modernise auth with high security and reliability.
You’ll report to the VP of Engineering, lead 6–10 engineers, collaborate with Product, Security and Core Platform, and drive a pragmatic migration path between legacy services and the Enterprise platform while maintaining performance and trust.
