We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the Kitchen Team here at our 4*/2 hotel in Gloucestershire. Located deep in the heart of the area, The Hare & Hounds Hotel is part of a long established Hotels group. This busy 45 bedroom hotel, including a Bar, Courtyard & Restaurant welcomes locals, residents and many visitors to the nearby popular Westonbirt Arboretum.
We are looking for a Breakfast Chef who:
- has experience within a similar role
- is confident running the kitchen by yourself
- can produce breakfasts to a high standard
- is happy with early shifts, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis, 45 hours per week
As Breakfast Chef you will have very early starts and you will also assist with food preparation for the Lunch service after Breakfast has been completed. There is a great opportunity for progression within The Hare & Hounds Hotel & across our group & Hotels. At our Hotels, the personal development of all our employees is a key priority; we ensure regular training is carried out in all departments and actively support individual staff in their attainment of further qualifications and internal promotion.
