The Role Reporting into the Projects Team manager, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our supply chain projects, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining the health of our contractor marketplace.
As the Contractor Projects Lead, your responsibilities will include contractor mobilisation, performance monitoring, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of our supply chain. You will be experienced in delivering against performance metrics and KPIs, be driven by passion and be responsible for managing the growth of contractors and driving process improvement across the contractor life cycle.
Responsibilities Lead and oversee supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline
Update contractor projects team manager weekly to ensure proactive service to meet key KPI’s
Identify and mobilise contractors to deliver on projects and the marketplace, assessing their skills and qualifications
Work closely with contractor acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless contractor platform experience
