Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing Commercial team. This is a junior-level position, ideally suited for individuals with 2–4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outreach—particularly in regulated or technology-focused sectors.

As a key contributor to our growth initiatives, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads, managing outbound campaigns, and scheduling discovery meetings with senior decision-makers across compliance, risk, and technology functions. This role plays a crucial part in expanding our client base and supporting the broader business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective clients in target sectors (e.g., financial services, fintech, RegTech).
  • Manage and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls with key stakeholders in compliance, risk, and tech roles.
  • Collaborate closely with senior BDRs, marketing, and service line leads to align on campaign messaging and lead follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Support campaign performance tracking and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales—ideally within a regulated, fintech, or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in speaking with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other CRM or outreach platforms.
  • Results-oriented, highly organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with KPIs related to outreach volume, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Preferred Background
  • Previous experience in or exposure to the compliance, risk, or fraud prevention space.
  • Familiarity with the RegTech ecosystem (e.g., firms like ComplyAdvantage, Encompass, PassFort).
  • Experience in a consulting or data-led advisory services firm is a plus.
  • An interest in growing a career within the financial services consulting sector.
