Plenitude Consulting is looking to appoint a Digital Creative to join our Sales function and take ownership of our digital and multimedia content across channels. This is a newly created role offering a high level of autonomy and visibility, ideal for someone who wants to shape how a growing consultancy presents itself online.
The Role
As our Digital Creative, you will produce and manage engaging digital content that supports sales-led marketing campaigns, strengthens brand awareness and drives audience engagement. Working closely with sales and senior stakeholders, you will translate ideas into high-quality print and digital assets across social media, web, campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage multimedia content across digital platforms including social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
- Produce video, interactive posts, stories and short-form content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns, including targeted digital advertising.
- Support the origination and execution of campaigns for key target accounts and clients, aligning content to account priorities and commercial objectives.
- Build consistent and compelling brand narratives across channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create content that supports commercial conversations.
- Own content from concept through to delivery and optimisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience using design tools such as Photoshop and Figma to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Hands-on experience with video editing software.
- Leadership experience, this role has one direct report.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to support updates to web pages and campaign content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including optimising content for engagement and lead generation.
- Creative, self-starting mindset with the ability to turn ideas into impactful digital content that supports sales objectives.
