About the Role:

Reporting to Kerv’s Head of Marketing, we are looking for a Business Development Representative, with a demonstrable understanding of driving new business growth. You will play a key role in driving new business growth across the contact centre and CX practice for Kerv (focused on Genesys Cloud). You will focus on generating leads, building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and partnering closely with Marketing & Sales to execute targeted account strategies.

Your Part to Play:

  • Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market organisations
  • Work closely with the sales team to execute account-based strategies
  • Find creative ways to open doors into new prospective accounts
  • Work closely with Marketing to follow up on campaign and event activity
  • Qualify inbound, outbound and marketing-generated leads, to pass onto the sales team
  • Clearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and Kerv’s CX solutions aligned to prospect challenges
  • Book product demos and meetings for Account Executives
  • Consistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with regional revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate activity lead tracking in Dynamics 365
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline creation, and conversion rates

All about You:

We are looking for a BDR with the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CCaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments (preferred Genesys / CCaaS experience)
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation e.g. meetings booked
  • Comfortable engaging mid-senior level stakeholders in mid and large organisations
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
