Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and launch of telephony, voice, and communications–enabled solutions within our product ecosystem.
- Evaluate and validate adjacent market opportunities, identifying client needs and pain points that align with our capabilities and growth strategy.
- Assist in driving go–to–market planning, product packaging, and commercial modelling for new products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to test, iterate, and scale successful propositions.
- Maintain strong awareness of market and technology trends, particularly across SaaS, UCaaS, and communications solutions.
- Establish a robust framework for pilot testing, feedback capture, and iteration to drive high‑impact, low‑risk innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience launching and scaling new products in adjacent or emerging markets–ideally in tech, telecoms, or SaaS/UCaaS.
- Deep understanding of telephony, voice platforms, or communications technology, including potential integrations and delivery models.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with business case development, pricing, and partner negotiations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive progress in greenfield environments.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical delivery, ensuring new offerings land successfully and scale smoothly.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including B2B sales, engineering, design, and marketing.
- Background in product management, advisory roles, or internal enablement within a tech–driven organisation.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data‑driven decision‑making and product experimentation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
