Overview

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: 1pm – 10pm Monday – Thursday, 1pm – 6pm Friday (4.5 days per week)
Salary: £36,500 basic, £55,000 OTE

Our Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of 400-500 accounts, made up of long-standing clients and new clients sent their way by our expert sales teams. Through seamless coordination with our creatives, they deliver top-quality productions whilst proactively consulting on their clients\’ ongoing marketing needs.

Responsibilities

  • At every touch-point, demonstrate expert-level understanding of clients\’ needs, PHMG\’s product portfolio and the wider industry to offer clients exceptional creative, technical and commercial support
  • Collaborate across a matrix of teams to deliver productions and audio projects to exemplary standards, exceeding client expectations with high levels of communication and project management
  • Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure ongoing satisfaction improves
  • Maintain a constant pipeline of potential new business opportunities
  • Identify commercial opportunities within your client base and foster long-term client relationships with a suitable contact model for each client
  • Know your numbers, monitor data trends, and plan ahead to manage the health of your client base; you are proactive rather than reactive at month-end
  • Seek guidance and support from peers and across your network; demonstrate commitment to personal development
