Responsibilities of the role
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients.
- Observe, monitor and record clients’ food and medication intake, physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to office staff.
Requirements for the role
Desirable Qualification:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care
- Have an understanding of the relevant Health and Safety Legislation for Movement and Handling.
