We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Third Party Assurance (TPA) Analyst to support our growing 3rd, 4th Party & Client Risk function. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to gain experience in an evolving financial services environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and global operations. Reporting directly to the Group Third Party Assurance Manager, you will assist in all onboarding, inlife & exit due diligence across the UK, EU, US, and Australia. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our 3rd, 4th & Client relationships meet internal risk and compliance standards, supporting business continuity and regulatory adherence.

Working within the Information Security Unit you will also be involved in IT Audit planning & support, ensuring adherence to ISO27001 compliance, CIS Maturity & controls assessment as well as a variety of Information Security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the TPA Team in coordinating, tracking, and completing 3rd party, 4th party, & Client risk assessments.
  • Liaise with internal relationship owners to schedule assessments, request documentation, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Maintain and update assessment reports, internal CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Assist in drafting and documenting remediation plans and follow-up actions resulting from supplier assessments or audits.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to relevant committees and governance forums.
  • Ensure clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in Third Party Risk Management, Supply Chain Risk Management, risk, compliance, or audit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple assessments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Confident liaising with and supporting senior stakeholders across departments.
  • Any relevant qualifications (e.g., ISO standards, risk management certifications, or auditing frameworks).
