Senior Project Manager – Financial Crime Enhancement Programme 6 month Fixed Term Contract with September Start – Hybrid Working from our Wimbledon Office.

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to drive delivery of our Financial Crime Enhancement Programme, which focuses on building a best-in-class financial crime control framework across multiple jurisdictions. The programme spans policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the wider FCEP programme.
- Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.
- Drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery execution.
- Work closely with business, technology and programme stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and drive decision‑making.
- Maintain clear alignment between regulatory requirements, business goals and delivery outcomes.
- Oversee the definition and implementation of business, functional and data requirements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale regulatory, financial crime or compliance change programmes.
- Strong project management experience across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Experience working with financial crime controls, including KYC, screening, governance or operational controls.
- Solid understanding of business, functional and data requirements and how these translate into successful delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong facilitation, problem‑solving and delivery leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving programme environment.
