ICT Risk, Audit & Controls Co‑ordinator – Permanent Position

Overview
Are you passionate about governance, risk, and resilience in a fast‑paced technology environment? We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to help strengthen and evolve our Product & Technology risk and control framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and continual improvement of our Technology Risk & Control Framework
- Manage and enhance risk taxonomies, control libraries, and governance processes
- Coordinate internal and external audits, track actions, and maintain evidence repositories
- Embed operational resilience and regulatory requirements, including DORA, into day‑to‑day practices
- Support third‑party risk oversight and vendor risk assessments
- Produce insightful governance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and emerging themes for senior stakeholders
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to improve control effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency across teams
About You
- Experience in technology risk, governance, audit, operational controls, or a similar risk‑focused environment
- Strong understanding of technology organisations, including engineering, platforms, and operational processes
- Knowledge of regulatory and resilience frameworks such as DORA and Operational Resilience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
