ICT Risk, Audit & Controls Co‑ordinator – Permanent Position

Hybrid, from our Wimbledon or Nottingham Office.

Overview

Are you passionate about governance, risk, and resilience in a fast‑paced technology environment? We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to help strengthen and evolve our Product & Technology risk and control framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and continual improvement of our Technology Risk & Control Framework
  • Manage and enhance risk taxonomies, control libraries, and governance processes
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, track actions, and maintain evidence repositories
  • Embed operational resilience and regulatory requirements, including DORA, into day‑to‑day practices
  • Support third‑party risk oversight and vendor risk assessments
  • Produce insightful governance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and emerging themes for senior stakeholders
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration to improve control effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency across teams

About You

  • Experience in technology risk, governance, audit, operational controls, or a similar risk‑focused environment
  • Strong understanding of technology organisations, including engineering, platforms, and operational processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory and resilience frameworks such as DORA and Operational Resilience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
